• All exhibitors must be set up by the advertised start time.   
• Access arrangements will be as advised on your event joining instructions sent to you one week before each event.  
• You are not to clear away until you are advised to do so.  
• All stall holder will need to supply their own tables/stands, supply a suitable table covering to cover the top of the table and reach the floor at the front and two sides. Boxes etc. to be stored out of sight. 
• Exhibitors should check that their table is erected correctly and must not do anything to encroach upon gangways, exits or other exhibitors access.  
• Rubbish MUST be removed by at the end of the day.  
• Electricity can not be supplied.   
• Stall holders will be required to hold provide a copy of Public Liability Insurance up to 5 million GPB and have a risk assessment for their stall. 
• Stall holder fee of £30 will be invoiced to stall holders one month before the event and is due upon receipt.
• This is a fundraising for Essex & Suffolk Air Ambulance.  If you would like a fundraising tub on your stall please let us know on the day of the event.

ONLY SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF THEIR PLACE AT THE EVENT.
